NO WEIGH-IN OR CHECK-IN PERMITTED ON SATURDAY, DECEMBER 7.

- Saturday: 5am- Start of show

Music Rules
All Bodybuilding, Classic Physique and Women’s Physique contestants MUST supply their own music.
Please bring your music on a CD or USB drive to check-ins as a backup. Provide ONLY your posing music.
Posing music must be no longer than 70 seconds
Vulgar music is NOT permitted and will be grounds for disqualification.
National Qualifications
Open classes
TOP 2 In Open classes will be eligible to compete at ALL NATIONAL LEVEL OPEN Competitions
(NPC JR. USA, NPC JR. NATIONALS, NPC UNIVERSE NPC USA’s, NPC NORTH AMERICANS, NPC NATIONALS)
Masters classes
Need to participate at an NPC QUALIFYING EVENT. Competitors must be over the age(s) shown on the day of the competition, such as “Over 35” or “Over 40”. See available masters classes.

Novice Divisions
- A competitor must not have placed Top 10 at a National Show
- A competitor must not have won an Overall (this includes Novice, Masters, or Open Overalls)
- A competitor must not have won an Open Class with 3 or more competitors in the class.
Teen Division
NPC Teenage Division (Male and Female) Eligibility – You MUST have reached your 18th birthday on or before the date of the event and have not reached your 20th birthday to compete.
All Teens UNDER the age of 18, are not allowed to compete in ANY NPC event.
This ruling comes directly from the NPC National Offices and is effective immediately.
